Employees who average 23 hours or more per week are automatically enrolled and participate in the Wisconsin Retirement System.  Consistently in the top 10 defined benefit plans in the US, the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) Benefit is a pension plan that is intended to provide public employees with a lifetime retirement payment!

Full-time Employees who average 40 hours per week are eligible for the following optional benefits:

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Account for Health and Dependent Care
  • Life Insurance
  • Income Continuation Insurance
  • Long Term Disability Insurance
  • Deferred Compensation Program
  • Employee Assistance Program

Part-time Employees who average 25 hours per week are eligible for the following optional benefits:

Part-time Employees who average 20 hours per week are eligible for the following optional benefits:
