Metro Ride strives to provide a safe and secure environment for our passengers. Our employees are trained to observe and report activities, behaviors, and things that are out of place or out of the ordinary. Additionally, our transit center and all of our buses and are equipped with surveillance cameras to deter inappropriate behavior.

We ask that our passengers help us monitor safety and security by being alert and notifying us when something looks out of place or inappropriate. If you see unattended packages, bags, backpacks, suitcases or other items, leave them alone and tell a bus driver or other Metro Ride employee or call 715-842-9287 or dial 911 from a safe distance.
